We spent $x on hospitality. If we had known our exact requirements in advance, we would have bought less of some things and the total would have been $y.
Sue reminds future Hospitality Chairs that after an RG it is your responsibility to see that all leftover procurements are either returned to the store, sold, or at the very least donated to another event that will be held in the near future.

Phil mailed out nearly 300 ads with registration forms to past RG and Mini RG attendees. We had an ad in the May Beacon, but not in April, unlike previous years. Also, we had no ad in the Bulletin, unlike previous years in which we tried to have ads in at least the April and May issues. For about a month prior to the event we had a very simple ad on the web site linked from the home page (currently our web traffic is only 10 to 15 visits per day).
